- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Boil salted water and cook the penne for 1 minute less than the package instructions.
- Brown the ground beef in an oven-safe skillet for about 8 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes; season with salt and pepper.
- Add Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella to the beef mixture, then mix in the penne.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the skillet and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake uncovered for 10 minutes, then broil for added browning if desired.
