- 1 Cup granulated sugar (for frosting)
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
- ½ Teaspoon almond extract (for frosting)
- ¼ Cup heavy cream
- ¼ Teaspoon salt (for frosting)
- Neon green food coloring
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add vegetable oil, eggs, and extracts.
- Incorporate flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets, press into disks, and chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are slightly golden. Cool on a wire rack.
- Prepare buttercream by beating together softened butter and sugars. Add extracts and food coloring.
- Frost cooled cookies and decorate with sprinkles.
