- 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Serve immediately as a salad dressing or dip, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
