- ¾ – 1 ½ cups marinara or pizza sauce, depending on crust size
- 8 oz ball of mozzarella cheese or 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella recommended)
- ½ cup of your choice of toppings (pepperoni, chicken, veggies, etc.)
Instructions
- Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a baking sheet inside.
- Shape the rolled-out dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread marinara or pizza sauce over the dough.
- Add cheese and your choice of toppings.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
