  • ¾1 ½ cups marinara or pizza sauce, depending on crust size
  • 8 oz ball of mozzarella cheese or 1 cup shredded cheese (sharp cheddar and mozzarella recommended)
  • ½ cup of your choice of toppings (pepperoni, chicken, veggies, etc.)

Instructions

  • Combine self-rising flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Knead the dough for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick.
  • Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a baking sheet inside.
  • Shape the rolled-out dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Spread marinara or pizza sauce over the dough.
  • Add cheese and your choice of toppings.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
