- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
- 3½ cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Instructions
- Prepare 24 chocolate cupcakes and let them cool completely.
- Crush Oreo cookies until they resemble dirt.
- Write 'RIP' on Milano cookies with black frosting and let dry.
- Whip butter until light and fluffy.
- Mix cocoa powder, half of the powdered sugar, and milk into whipped butter.
- Adjust the frosting consistency by adding the remaining powdered sugar and milk.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes generously.
- Dip frosted cupcakes in crushed Oreo mixture.
- Top with Milano gravestones, gummy worms, and Halloween candies.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving, if desired.
