  • 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 23 tablespoons milk
  • 3½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Prepare 24 chocolate cupcakes and let them cool completely.
  • Crush Oreo cookies until they resemble dirt.
  • Write 'RIP' on Milano cookies with black frosting and let dry.
  • Whip butter until light and fluffy.
  • Mix cocoa powder, half of the powdered sugar, and milk into whipped butter.
  • Adjust the frosting consistency by adding the remaining powdered sugar and milk.
  • Frost the cooled cupcakes generously.
  • Dip frosted cupcakes in crushed Oreo mixture.
