- 2 cups prepared guacamole
- 1 (12-ounce) package Cacique® Cilantro Lime Mexican Style Sour Cream
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes or pico de gallo
- 1 (2.25-ounce) can sliced black olives
- 1/2 (10-ounce) package Cacique® Cotija Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Tortilla chips (for tombstones)
Instructions
- Cook the chorizo according to package instructions and mix with refried beans.
- Spread the chorizo and beans mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer the guacamole evenly over the chorizo and bean mix.
- Add the sour cream over the guacamole layer.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes or pico de gallo on top.
- Evenly distribute the sliced black olives.
- Sprinkle the Cotija cheese over the olives.
- Top with chopped cilantro.
- Use tortilla chips as tombstone decorations before serving.
