Instructions

  • Melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips with coconut oil and coffee powder. Set aside to cool.
  • Whisk eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla bean paste until smooth.
  • Gradually add almond milk to egg mixture, then incorporate cubed bread. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • Layer half of bread mixture, strawberries, and chocolate chips in the dish, then repeat with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set and a toothpick comes out clean.
