- 1 container white sanding sugar
- 1 bag chocolate-striped Hershey Kisses
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add molasses, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into balls and coat with sanding sugar.
- Place on lined baking sheets and bake at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
- After baking, press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
