- 1 ounce Cointreau
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Combine cane sugar, lime juice, ginger, and lemongrass in a pot over heat.
- Stir until boiling, then cool and puree in a blender.
- Strain the syrup using a fine sieve.
- Rim rock glasses with salt and fill with crushed ice.
- Shake syrup, Anejo tequila, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
