- 1 (4 ounce) Can Diced Green Chilies
- ½ Cup Water
- 1 (9.25 ounce) Bag Fritos
- 1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink.
- Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add tomato paste, chili powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
- Stir in kidney beans, Rotel, and diced green chilies.
- Simmer the mixture uncovered for about 15 minutes.
- Assemble by placing Fritos in bowls and topping with chili and cheese.
- Garnish with preferred toppings and serve hot.
