- 1 cup M&M's (fall or Halloween colors)
- 1 cup candy corn
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, combine popcorn, Bugles, pretzels, and peanuts.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, water, butter, baking soda, cinnamon, and ground ginger; heat to a boil.
- Cook syrup until it reaches 235°F.
- Stir in vanilla extract, then pour syrup over the popcorn mixture.
- Spread the mix on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring every 7-8 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then mix in M&M's and candy corn.
