Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Biscuits
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 3 tablespoons eggnog
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Whisk together 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg in a bowl.
  • Separate biscuits and cut each into fourths. Place in a storage bag with sugar-nutmeg mixture and shake well.
  • Transfer coated biscuit pieces to a greased bundt pan.
  • Mix melted butter with 1/2 cup granulated sugar and pour over biscuits.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 28 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
