- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Biscuits
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
- 3 tablespoons eggnog
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Whisk together 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg in a bowl.
- Separate biscuits and cut each into fourths. Place in a storage bag with sugar-nutmeg mixture and shake well.
- Transfer coated biscuit pieces to a greased bundt pan.
- Mix melted butter with 1/2 cup granulated sugar and pour over biscuits.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for about 28 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm monkey bread.
