Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange the refrigerated cinnamon rolls in the baking dish.
- Pour heavy whipping cream evenly over the rolls.
- Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl, then coat the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let the rolls cool for a few minutes.
- For frosting, mix butter, cream cheese, and icing until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cooled rolls and serve.
