- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus extra for topping
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 15 oz canned or jarred artichokes, chopped and drained
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray mini muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray.
- Press each wonton wrapper into muffin cups.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes until lightly browned.
- Drain and heat the spinach if using frozen.
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, artichokes, garlic powder, and salt in a dish.
- Fold in drained spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Top with extra Parmesan and heat for 5-10 minutes in the oven.
- Fill cooled wonton cups with spinach artichoke mixture.
- Serve warm.
