Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into an 8×8 inch pan and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon zest, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake for 20-24 minutes.
- Cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Cut into bars and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
