Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- Mix honey, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in hot water gradually to blend well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 28-30 minutes.
- Once baked, drizzle the remaining honey over the cake while warm.
- Cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
