- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 pounds Russet potatoes, peeled & diced
- 2 cups diced cooked ham
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare ingredients.
- Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
- Layer diced potatoes and cooked ham in a casserole dish.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the layers and gently stir.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
