  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes, peeled & diced
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare ingredients.
  • Mix cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Layer diced potatoes and cooked ham in a casserole dish.

  • Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes.
