Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat.
- Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and simmer gently.
- Stir in grated parmesan until melted and combined.
- Toss fettuccine with the sauce, season with garlic pepper and salt.
- Serve hot with additional parmesan if desired.
