- 1 ½ pounds fresh strawberries (25–30 berries), washed and hulled
- 8 ounces whipped cream cheese, at room temperature, or regular cream cheese
- 3.4 ounces cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix (1 packet)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed, or shortbread cookies
Instructions
- Combine cream cheese, pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Using a knife, cut the top off each strawberry for the traditional method or halve them and hollow for the deviled method.
- Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture, using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
