  • 3.4 ounces cheesecake-flavored instant pudding mix (1 packet)
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup graham crackers, crushed, or shortbread cookies

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese, pudding mix, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Using a knife, cut the top off each strawberry for the traditional method or halve them and hollow for the deviled method.
  • Fill each strawberry with the cheesecake mixture, using a spoon or piping bag.
  • Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
