  • 1 box (approximately 3.4 ounces) Instant Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup candy corn (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl mix cookie mix, eggs, softened butter, and butterscotch pudding until smooth.
  • Gently stir in white chocolate and peanut butter chips.
  • Scoop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  • Optionally, press candy corn into the cookie dough.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden brown.
  • Cool on baking sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
