  • 8-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup half-and-half or cream, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, room temperature (low-fat or full-fat)

Instructions

  • Marinate chicken by whisking yogurt, spices, and adding chicken pieces.
  • Sauté marinated chicken in a skillet with butter until cooked.
  • Sauté onions and spices in the same skillet until tender.
  • Add tomato sauce and simmer to thicken.
