- 8 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
- 8 ounces low-fat sour cream
- 5 cloves garlic, pressed
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions and drain well.
- In a bowl, mix pasta sauce, cottage cheese, sour cream, and pressed garlic.
- Combine the cooked penne with the sauce mixture until well coated.
- Fold in 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the mixture in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes until cheese is melty and dish is heated through.
