- 4 lb chicken drumsticks (about 12)
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and pat chicken drumsticks dry.
- Combine garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Coat chicken in spice mixture and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Arrange chicken on a cooling rack over a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 40 minutes, flipping every 10 minutes.
- Brush BBQ sauce on chicken, flipping and adding sauce every 10 minutes for 30 minutes.
- Broil chicken for 2 minutes on each side for extra crunch.
- Serve immediately.
