Instructions
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak pieces until browned.
- Transfer the seared steak to the slow cooker and add the pineapple chunks.
- In a bowl, mix the pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and cornstarch together.
- Pour the mixture over the steak and stir everything briefly.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours until the steak is tender.
- Before serving, stir the sauce to ensure all ingredients are well coated.
