Instructions

- Stir in the remaining whole milk and combine thoroughly.
- Cover and cook on low for about 2 hours, stirring every 20-30 minutes.
- Check that the temperature reaches 160-185 degrees F, stir, and serve in mugs.
- Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, or chocolate shavings.
