Instructions
- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain excess water.
- Melt butter in a skillet, add onion, and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Mix in cream cheese, then add heavy cream and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add mozzarella, parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
- Fold in the drained spinach and cook for 1 more minute to heat through.
