Instructions
- Blend cream cheese and white cheddar in a bowl.
- Add ½ cup cranberries, ½ cup pecans, and 1 tablespoon chives; mix well.
- Form the mixture into a large ball and wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Prepare the coating with remaining cranberries, pecans, and chives.
- Roll the chilled cheese ball in the coating until evenly covered.
- Let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
