Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch bundt pan.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Whisk sour cream, sugar, eggs, orange zest, and vegetable oil in a separate bowl.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Fold in fresh cranberries.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then invert onto serving dish.
- Prepare glaze with powdered sugar, orange juice, and vanilla.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled cake.
