- 3/4 cup powdered sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A tiny pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons dried sweetened cranberries, coarsely chopped
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch pan with cooking spray and parchment paper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, stirring until it becomes nutty and light brown.
- Whisk the brown sugar into the cooled butter, then add egg, extracts, zest, ginger, and salt.
- Fold in flour, white chocolate chips, and dried cranberries until no dry flour remains.
- Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25–27 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let bars cool, then prepare frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, and extracts until smooth.
- Frost the cooled bars and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
- Cut into squares or triangles and serve.
