- 1 (8-ounce) tub Cool Whip, thawed
- 30 ounces dark melting wafers (2 1/2 bags, recommended: Ghirardelli)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Allow chocolate to cool slightly, then fold in the Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into 32 squares and return to the freezer.
- Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers.
- Quickly dip each frozen square in the melted dark chocolate.
- Place dipped squares on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill until the chocolate coating is set.
