  • 30 ounces dark melting wafers (2 1/2 bags, recommended: Ghirardelli)

Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  • Allow chocolate to cool slightly, then fold in the Cool Whip until smooth.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Cut into 32 squares and return to the freezer.
  • Melt the dark chocolate melting wafers.
  • Quickly dip each frozen square in the melted dark chocolate.
  • Place dipped squares on a parchment-lined tray.
