- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1½ teaspoons baking powder
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup crushed Red Hots cinnamon candies
- Sprinkles (for topping)
- â…“ cup white chocolate melting discs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and baking powder until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Gradually mix in flour, then fold in crushed Red Hots.
- Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet.
- Bake logs for about 25 minutes; cool for 5 minutes.
- Slice logs into ½"-¾" pieces; bake at 325°F (163°C) for another 20-25 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate and decorate cooled biscotti with chocolate and sprinkles.
