  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup crushed Red Hots cinnamon candies
  • Sprinkles (for topping)
  • â…“ cup white chocolate melting discs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cream butter, sugar, salt, vanilla, and baking powder until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Gradually mix in flour, then fold in crushed Red Hots.
  • Shape dough into two logs on the baking sheet.
  • Bake logs for about 25 minutes; cool for 5 minutes.
  • Slice logs into ½"-¾" pieces; bake at 325°F (163°C) for another 20-25 minutes.
  • Melt white chocolate and decorate cooled biscotti with chocolate and sprinkles.
