- 16 cups air-popped popcorn (about 2 large bowls popped, using approximately 1 cup kernels)
- 14 ounces marshmallows
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup (Karo syrup)
- 1.5 cups white chocolate chips
- 3 drops red food coloring
- 10 ounces cinnamon bears candy (cut into quarters if large)
Instructions
- Grease a large baking sheet with butter.
- Pop the popcorn and transfer to two large bowls.
- In a large saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and corn syrup; bring to a rapid boil for 1 minute.
- Add marshmallows, white chocolate chips, and food coloring; stir until melted.
- Pour half of the mixture over one bowl of popcorn; coat evenly and add half of the cinnamon bears.
- Repeat with the second bowl of popcorn and remaining mixture.
- Spread the mixture on the greased baking sheet; allow to cool slightly.
- Shape into popcorn balls or spoon into cups.
