- 6–8 golden potatoes, halved
- 2 big carrots, chopped
- 2 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoon spicy chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups of water
- 3 teaspoons beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon oil
Instructions
- Preheat the Ninja Foodi and sear the beef chuck roast with oil for 5 minutes on each side.
- Add halved potatoes, chopped carrots, ketchup, chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, beef bouillon, and water.
- Close the lid and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 60 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
