  • 68 golden potatoes, halved
  • 2 big carrots, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon spicy chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups of water
  • 3 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi and sear the beef chuck roast with oil for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Add halved potatoes, chopped carrots, ketchup, chili sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, beef bouillon, and water.
  • Close the lid and cook on HIGH PRESSURE for 60 minutes.
  • Allow pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then perform a quick release.
