- 5 sharp cheddar cheese sticks
- 5 pepper jack cheese sticks
- 2 containers of refrigerated Pillsbury Grands Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ⅓ cup diced cherry tomatoes (cut into quarters)
- ⅓ cup finely diced baby spinach
- ¼ cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
- Pretzel sticks (for tree trunk)
Instructions
- Cut each cheese stick into 4 pieces.
- Split each buttermilk biscuit in half.
- Flatten each dough circle slightly.
- Place two pieces of cheese in the center of each dough piece.
- Pinch edges and roll into balls.
- Arrange dough balls in a tree shape on a baking sheet.
- Melt butter and mix with garlic powder.
- Brush butter mixture over the dough balls.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, spinach, and tomatoes on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-34 minutes.
