  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and coat pie pan with non-stick spray.
  • Whisk together flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  • Mix in melted butter until crumbly, then stir in cold water to form dough.
  • Pat dough into prepared pie pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  • In a saucepan, whisk together sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and milk over medium heat until boiling.
