Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
- Spread the dough evenly in the lined baking dish.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until puffed and golden brown; cool completely on a wire rack.
- For frosting, whip softened butter until creamy, mix in powdered sugar, then add milk and vanilla.
- Spread frosting over cooled cookie bars and top with additional sprinkles.
