- 1 1/3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 2–4 tablespoons honey or granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 8 ounces (1 cup) silver tequila
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) coconut rum
- 2 ounces (1/4 cup) orange liqueur
- Juice of 2 limes (about 1/2 cup)
- Fresh mint, for garnish
- Sugared cranberries, for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Heat coconut milk and sweetener in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Combine tequila, coconut rum, orange liqueur, lime juice, and cooled coconut milk in a shaker and shake well.
- Fill a cocktail glass with ice and strain the mixture.
- Garnish with sugared cranberries and fresh mint.
