Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 25-second bursts, stirring in between.
- Stir in vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and softened butter until well combined.
- Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and drizzle the melted chocolate over it, stirring to coat evenly.
- Refrigerate the coated cereal for 5-10 minutes to allow chocolate to set.
- Place chocolate-coated cereal into a zip-top bag with powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
- Fold in peppermint M&Ms and any extra chocolate chips to finish.
