Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
  • Combine red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Press mixture into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth, then add 1/4 cup milk.
  • Fold in whipped topping and crushed candy canes, then spread over cooled red velvet layer.
  • In another bowl, whisk 2 1/2 cups milk with pudding mixes until smooth, adding green food coloring.
  • Pour pudding over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
