- 10.2 ounces vanilla instant pudding (2 – 5.1 ounce boxes)
- Green gel food coloring
- Christmas-themed sprinkles and additional crushed candy canes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9-inch baking pan.
- Combine red velvet cake mix, melted butter, and egg in a bowl and mix until smooth.
- Press mixture into the pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Let cool.
- Beat softened cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth, then add 1/4 cup milk.
- Fold in whipped topping and crushed candy canes, then spread over cooled red velvet layer.
- In another bowl, whisk 2 1/2 cups milk with pudding mixes until smooth, adding green food coloring.
- Pour pudding over cream cheese layer and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with sprinkles and crushed candy canes before serving.
