- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup red and green M&Ms
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
- 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
- 2 tbsp red and green jimmies
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
- Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and jimmies.
- Scoop 20 cookie dough balls and place on baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, adjusting for chewiness or crispness.
- Optionally, shape cookies with a cookie cutter while warm.
- Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then move to a cooling rack.
