  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pretzel pieces
  • 1/3 cup potato chip pieces
  • 2 tbsp red and green jimmies

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream the softened butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in the egg yolks and vanilla until pale and fluffy.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl; add to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
  • Fold in the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, pretzel pieces, potato chip pieces, and jimmies.
  • Scoop 20 cookie dough balls and place on baking sheets, spacing them apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, adjusting for chewiness or crispness.
  • Optionally, shape cookies with a cookie cutter while warm.
  • Cool on sheets for 5 minutes, then move to a cooling rack.
