Instructions
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cream wet ingredients in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Combine dry and wet mixtures without overmixing.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and fill cupcake liners.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, then cool completely on a wire rack.
- Cream butter for frosting, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Flavor with vanilla and salt, then color the frosting.
- Pipe frosting onto cooled cupcakes to decorate.
