- 1 cup water

- Fresh thyme sprigs
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine honey, water, and lime zest. Heat until boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes, then remove from heat and cool.
- In a large bowl, add ice, cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger ale, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
- Incorporate pomegranate arils, orange slices, and cranberries.
- Gently stir and let flavors sit for a few minutes.
- Serve in glassware with fresh thyme or rosemary for garnish.
