- 1 1/2 cups Half-and-Half or Whole Milk
- 5 large Egg Yolks

- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 – 1 cup Heavy Cream (for topping)
- 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar
- Fresh Raspberries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine heavy cream, half-and-half, egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Whisk over medium heat until thickened.
- Remove from heat, add chopped chocolate, and stir until melted. Mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide mixture into ramekins and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Top each custard with whipped cream and garnish with raspberries.
