- 1 Cup White Candy Melts
- 10 Peppermints
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix chocolate cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared sheet, flattening each scoop slightly.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until puffed, then cool for 10 minutes.
- Crush the peppermints in a ziplock bag.
- Melt white candy melts in the microwave until smooth.
- Dip each cookie halfway in melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peppermints.
- Let cool for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
