- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 12 ounces Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- About 9 miniature peanut butter cups, halved for decoration
- Miniature peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped for topping
Instructions
- Finely crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into a pie dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in Cool Whip and fill the chilled crust.
- Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.
- Heat whipping cream and pour over chocolate chips to make ganache.
- Whisk until smooth and cool to room temperature.
- Pour ganache over pie filling and garnish with peanut butter cups.
- Freeze for 2 hours and allow to sit before slicing.
