Instructions

  • Finely crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
  • Press the mixture into a pie dish and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Beat together peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and fill the chilled crust.
  • Freeze for another 30 minutes to set.
  • Heat whipping cream and pour over chocolate chips to make ganache.
  • Whisk until smooth and cool to room temperature.
  • Pour ganache over pie filling and garnish with peanut butter cups.
  • Freeze for 2 hours and allow to sit before slicing.
