Ingredients
- â…“ cup light corn syrup
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 ½ teaspoons mint extract
- ½ teaspoon salt
- green gel food coloring (start with a couple drops and add more until desired color is achieved)
- 4 to 5 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

- Knead the mixture, adding more powdered sugar as necessary, until it no longer sticks to your hands.
- Roll out the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper, and refrigerate for 60-90 minutes or until firm. Alternatively, roll into 1-inch balls and place on trays or sheets lined with wax paper, flattening them afterward.
- Use a small round cutter to cut out the patties.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating according to package instructions.
- Dip each candy into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, tapping off any extras, and then place them back on the lined sheets.
- Repeat the process until all candies are coated and allow to set until the chocolate is firm before storing in an airtight container.
