  • 1.75 quarts strawberry ice cream, softened
  • 12 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, halved and quartered for decorative purposes

Instructions

  • Process Oreos in a food processor until crumbs form.
  • Melt butter over low heat and mix with Oreo crumbs.
  • Press mixture into a 9-inch tart pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare Chocolate Ganache according to recipe.
  • Spread ganache in the crust and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Add softened strawberry ice cream to the crust and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries and ganache.
