- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 recipe Microwave Chocolate Ganache, prepared
- 1.75 quarts strawberry ice cream, softened
- 12 ounces whipped topping
- 1 pound fresh strawberries, halved and quartered for decorative purposes
Instructions
- Process Oreos in a food processor until crumbs form.
- Melt butter over low heat and mix with Oreo crumbs.
- Press mixture into a 9-inch tart pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
- Prepare Chocolate Ganache according to recipe.
- Spread ganache in the crust and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Add softened strawberry ice cream to the crust and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped topping and garnish with fresh strawberries and ganache.
