- 18.3 ounces brownie mix
- 3.9 ounces chocolate pudding mix
- â…” cup whole milk
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (about ½ of a 1-pound package), hulled and cut in half
- 12 ounces (3 4-ounce bars) semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 34-37 minutes. Cool in the pan for 30-45 minutes.
- Layer halved strawberries on cooled brownies with flat sides down.
- Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Pour over chocolate in a bowl.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Pour ganache over strawberries and tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
- Let sit at room temperature for 90 minutes, or refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
