  • 3.9 ounces chocolate pudding mix
  • â…” cup whole milk
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (about ½ of a 1-pound package), hulled and cut in half
  • 12 ounces (3 4-ounce bars) semi-sweet baking chocolate
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 34-37 minutes. Cool in the pan for 30-45 minutes.
  • Layer halved strawberries on cooled brownies with flat sides down.
  • Heat cream and butter in a saucepan until bubbling. Pour over chocolate in a bowl.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  • Pour ganache over strawberries and tap the pan to remove air bubbles.
  • Let sit at room temperature for 90 minutes, or refrigerate for 30 minutes until set.
  • Cut into squares and serve.
