Instructions
- Combine desiccated coconut, powdered sugar, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball in chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Allow to sit until chocolate hardens, or refrigerate for quicker results.
