  • Total Time: 55 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese softened
  • 11/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar lightly packed
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (7-ounce) container marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 (10-ounce) bag mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Remove cream cheese packaging and place it on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, then flip and microwave for another 10 to 20 seconds until soft but not melted.
  2. In a bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment, combine softened cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt. Beat until smooth.
  3. Using a spoon rinsed under hot water, scoop the marshmallow creme into the mixer and beat until fully blended.
  4. With the mixer on low speed, gradually pour in the heavy cream. Once added, increase the speed and beat until thickened with soft peaks forming. Take care not to over-beat.
  5. Gently fold mini chocolate chips into the mixture using a spatula.
  6. Cover the dip and refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir gently before serving it with your favorite dippers.
